When you register for WyseTravel OS, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, organization details, and billing information. As you use the platform, we also collect the data you enter on behalf of your travel agency — leads, customer records, quotations, bookings, and invoices — which remains your organization's property at all times.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use account information to operate your subscription, provide customer support, and send service-related communications (billing receipts, security alerts, product updates). We do not sell your organization's customer or lead data to third parties, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in access-controlled, encrypted-at-rest databases, isolated per organization (tenant). Access within DoWyse is limited to personnel who need it to provide support or maintain the platform. We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and role-based access control.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the WyseTravel OS application itself.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your organization's data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your organization's data by contacting us; we will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dowyse.com and we will respond promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators by email before they take effect.
